Prior to Explain My Benefits, Dawson was the Senior Regional Sales Director for Boston Mutual, a national provider of insurance solutions, a position he held for more than two years. Before that, he spent over three years at Lincoln Financial Group as a Senior Sales Consultant, where he contributed greatly to the company’s growth and success.

Dawson holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and History from Boston College where he also played baseball for the Boston College Eagles. Along with his wife Christy and their 1 year old son, the Dawson family now resides in Tampa where they are very involved in church and are active volunteers with charitable organizations within the Tampa Bay community.
